If you are the rightful owner of a Dr.Web license, but you’ve lost your license certificate showing your serial number or the email you received from the Dr.Web eStore, you can request that another serial number registration email be sent to your email address.
You can only recover a serial number that has been registered (a valid one or one that has already expired) If you have not registered your serial number yet, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased your Dr.Web license.
In the course of the recovery procedure, you will need to specify the registration email address (the address you specified when you registered your serial number). If you are currently not using that address, first associate a new email address with your license and then use the serial number recovery service. In this case, an email containing the serial number will be sent to the new address.
